Information we collect

Quote requests may include your name, phone number, email, suburb, postcode, service needs, property details, preferred date and free-text notes. Provider applications may include business and contact details, ABN, service areas, services, insurance status and capacity. General enquiries include your name, email, topic and message.

We also record limited attribution data such as the landing page, referring page, campaign labels and advertising click identifier when present.

How we use and disclose it

We use information to assess and respond to requests, connect suitable customer briefs with independent cleaning providers, review provider applications, operate the website, prevent misuse and improve our service. Where a match is appropriate, relevant quote-request details may be shared with an independent provider so they can assess and contact you about the job.

We use service providers for website hosting, database storage and—only after your permission—Google Analytics. These services may process data outside Australia. We do not send quote-form names, phone numbers, email addresses or message text to Google Analytics.

Analytics choices

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics”. If allowed, Google Analytics measures pages, general device and browser information, approximate location and events such as starting or completing the quote form. You can reopen the privacy controls from the footer and select “Essential only”.

Storage, access and correction

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information and limit access to operational purposes. Information is retained only while it is reasonably needed for the request, provider relationship, security, recordkeeping or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when practical.

To request access, correction or deletion, or to make a privacy complaint, use our contact form and select “Privacy request”. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable period.

Updates and scope

This policy may be updated as the Gold Coast test develops. The date above shows the current version. Some small businesses are exempt from parts of Australia's Privacy Act 1988, but this policy states the handling practices Jing Clean intends to follow.
