What happens after you enquire
- You describe the job.Tell us the suburb, service, property size, condition, timing and useful access details.
- We assess provider fit.We look for an independent provider whose service area, job type and availability suit the brief.
- A provider prepares the quote.The provider may contact you to clarify the scope. Confirm price, inclusions, timing and credentials directly.
- You decide whether to book.A request is free and carries no booking obligation.
What Jing Clean is—and is not
Jing Clean operates the website and quote-matching process. It is not the cleaning contractor and does not employ the independent businesses that may respond. The provider is responsible for its quote, staff, equipment, insurance, licences where applicable, service delivery and rectification terms.
During the Gold Coast test, a request may not receive a match if suitable provider capacity is unavailable. We will not manufacture quotes or imply that a provider has been selected when one has not.
Before accepting a quote
- ✓Confirm the written task list and exclusions.
- ✓Ask whether GST, supplies, travel and minimum hours are included.
- ✓Verify insurance, business identity and relevant checks for your situation.
- ✓Agree on access, timing, cancellation and issue-resolution terms.
